Louis Blanc was a photographer in Barkerville from 1868 to 1871. He took photos of miners and their claims that would be sent home to loved ones in distant lands. Today we carry on the tradition of photographing Barkerville's visitors. You will be dressed in Victorian style costume and photographed 'In The Highest Style of the Art.' Your photo will be printed in old-fashioned sepia tone and provided to you within minutes. Louis Blanc is capable of accommodating large groups (up to 60) and special pricing is available for students and school groups. Map #36.
