Kelly and King House Bed and Breakfasts
King House
The King House is located on the main street of Barkerville across the street from St. Saviour’s church and the schoolhouse. This cozy house is decorated in the era in which it was built. Enjoy a Cariboo breakfast every morning at the dining table with people from all over the world and hear the stagecoach passing by the front door. Feather beds, down duvets and antique furnishings of the King House, allow you to take a step back in time (with a few of the creature comforts added for your enjoyment). Live theatre, interpretive tours, restaurants and much more will make your visit to Barkerville a memorable vacation. Hiking, mountain biking and canoeing in an amazing wilderness setting are also waiting for you. Barkerville is the one of the few historic sites in Canada that allows overnight guests, so come and be part of the fun.

The Kelly House
The Kelly House is located on the second street, across from the corrals, and offers an example of the life of the Kelly family during the earlier days of Barkerville. Antique furnishings, feather beds, down duvets and claw-footed tubs make your stay at the Kelly House memorable. The whole Kelly House can be rented for your family, sleeping up to eight people. A family reunion or a girls get together, will be a more exciting experience at the Kelly House in Barkerville. It takes a couple of days to see everything in Barkerville; make your reservations early, so that you won’t be disappointed.
